Important Notice
Imaginify operates on a subscription-based model with monthly billing cycles. Due to the nature of our AI-powered video generation service and the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, you have full flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once you purchase a subscription plan or credit package, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to:
Monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Growth)
Annual subscription plans (if applicable)
One-time credit purchases
Add-on features or services
Partial months of service
This policy exists because Imaginify provides instant access to AI-generated video content, which is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once videos are generated using your credits, the service has been rendered and cannot be returned.
2. Testing Our Service
Start Small
You can test Imaginify by purchasing a small credit package. This allows you to fully explore our features and capabilities before committing to larger packages or subscriptions.

We encourage all users to start with a small credit package to ensure Imaginify meets your needs before committing to larger packages or subscriptions.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime
While we don't offer refunds, you have complete freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is instant and easy:
Go to your Account Settings
Navigate to Settings → Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm your cancellation request
Retain access until period ends
Keep using Imaginify until your current billing cycle completes
What Happens When You Cancel
Immediate Effect: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle
Continued Access: You keep full access to Imaginify until your paid period ends
No Charges: No further charges will be made to your payment method
Video Access: Download your generated videos before your access expires
Credits Expire: Unused credits expire when your subscription ends (no refunds for unused credits)
4. Billing Cycle & Charges
How Billing Works
Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of every month)
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date
Email Reminders: We send renewal reminders 7 days before your billing date
No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access but won't receive a refund for the remaining days
5. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will:
Send you an email notification about the failed payment
Retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days
Suspend your account if payment cannot be processed
Delete your generated videos 90 days after account suspension
Important: Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption. You can update your payment details in Account Settings at any time.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare cases involving:
Technical Failures: Extended service outages preventing you from using Imaginify (beyond our control or SLA)
Duplicate Charges: Accidental double-billing or system errors resulting in multiple charges
Fraudulent Activity: Unauthorized charges to your account due to security breaches
Any refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are at our sole discretion.
